If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide us — typically your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.
If you book an appointment via the “Book a consultation” button, we process your name, email address and, where provided, your phone number, company name or Company ID, legal form of business and any details you include in the notes. We use this data to prepare for and hold the consultation.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies.
The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries from website visitors, or the performance of pre-contractual steps if you contact us regarding our services.
Data submitted via the contact form is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and no longer than 24 months, unless the communication leads to a contractual relationship, in which case other (longer) retention periods under applicable accounting and tax law may apply.
Your contact-form inquiry is processed by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc., which technically delivers and stores form submissions. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process certain technical data (e.g. your IP address) in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Consultation bookings are processed by Cal.com, Inc. (USA) as a processor under a data processing agreement; the appointment is also added to the controller's Google Calendar, and online meetings take place via Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited). Transfers of data to the USA are subject to safeguards under the GDPR. We do not share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
